Serving Our Communities

The Crawford County Democratic Party addresses our neighbors’ needs through community service.

C. Aarron Sharrock (for Bucyrus City Council Ward 2) and Alena T. Fox (write-in Candidate for Bucyrus City Council At Large) visited the Bucyrus Outreach and Restoration Network (BORN) to drop off non-perishable food items, donated by our committee and guests, for BORN’s Blessing Box.

Two women stand in front of a white house with black shutters. Between them, is a sign that reads, “BORN; Bucyrus Outreach and Restoration Network; Changing Lives, Building Community, Representing Christ to the Community.” A cross is posted in the ground under the sign.

Community members brought nonperishable food items to our July central committee meeting, and we donated them to Ohio Heartland Community Action Commission.

A table full of canned goods, dried beans, dry pasta, pasta sauces, and a bag of polenta is in front of shelves full of other nonperishable food items.

Galion Meadows (formerly Signature Healthcare), JAG Healthcare, and Altercare Bucyrus received winter coats we collected from our community members.

Community members donated toys at our OSU/Michigan football watch party. Crestline Fire and EMS donated them to Toys for Tots.

Bucyrus’s elementary and secondary schools received winter coats we collected from our community members.
